Returns

Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned (NO REFUNDS) within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and with tags attached. Once the return arrives to us, we will issue you a store credit. We do not send return labels. Returns are your responsibility.

Refunds:
NO REFUNDS! We issue store credits only. NO EXCEPTIONS! We have had this policy since 2007 and there are zero exceptions. We are a small business and this is a standard policy for small businesses. We are not AMAZON!

Size or Color Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color- please return the original item and contact us with tracking info. Once we see you have mailed the return, we can do the exchange before your return arrives so your item doesn't sell out.
