Something didn't work? That's ok!

-Just send item(s) back to us. Once your item arrives back to our store, we will immediately issue you a store credit that NEVER expires.

-You have 14 days to return your item(s). No refunds - just exchanges or store credit. 

-NO REFUNDS! PERIOD!

-Once order is placed, we will NOT cancel for refund. No question! Store credits are ONLY issued for orders, even seconds/minutes after placing.

-SHIPPING- once your item(s) leave our store, we are not responsible for lost or late packages. We do our part and take our job extremely serious, it’s up to UPS/USPS/FEDEX to do their part and take THEIR job serious. We only see what you see when it comes to tracking info. We will NOT refund items or expedited shipping fees if your item arrives late. Reaching out to USPS/UPS/FEDEX is recommended. Holiday season is a very busy time and we do not recommend overnighting items close to a holiday. We will be happy to try but are NOT responsible when it arrives late. 

-We are not responsible if your return is lost or stolen once you ship it back to us. We are not liable if your items are damaged in your washing, drying or dry-cleaning process.  Handle your items with care y'all!

SALE ITEMS - Clearance items are non-returnable and are FINAL SALE only. Shipping charges apply. If we receive a return with a SALE ITEM in it, you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to you! NO EXCEPTIONS!
